Ubiwireless, LLC is a mobile technologies company located in Coral Springs, Fl, dedicated to the creation of new technologies and R&D. We follow a licensing model to companies dedicated to commercialize our products. Sometimes, we spin off products to be commercializable as well.

UBIWIRELESS is a Limited Liability Corporation created in 2004 by Edwin Hernandez. UBIWIRELESS participated in the Google Android Developer challenge in 2008 and Ad2location was nominated as a Top 20% application from around a thousand submissions. Additionally, UBIWIRELESS has created other projects including Pat. Pending. Ad2fone.com, and ClubNumbers.com

Who We Are

Ubiwireless, LLC was founded by Edwin A. Hernandez, a PhD in Computer Engineering, with a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, both from the University of Florida, and a BSc in ECE from Costa Rica Institute of Technology. Edwin has work for several Fortune 500 corporations including Microsoft, and Motorola. He holds 5 issued patents, and 12 more submitted. A prolific inventor is also founder and President of Rapid Mobile Technologies, Inc where he is commercializing a "Mobile Emulation" patent as well as "Ghost Mobile IP". UBIWIRELESS has close ties to Rapid Mobile Technologies, Inc as well as with EGLA COMMUNICATIONS a local IP-based FCC-214 Carrier.
